Stephanie Miller is a Pittsburgh-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been helping children and their families overcome feeding disorders, food selectivity, and other feeding challenges for over 12 years.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2008, during which she was introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and pediatric feeding therapy while working with a child receiving services through Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center.
Captivated with helping children overcome feeding challenges, Stephanie earned her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg in 2010. During this time, she completed a graduate study internship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center's Pediatric Feeding Program and her Master’s thesis involving repeated taste exposure to treat severe food selectivity for children with autism.
Upon graduation, she relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area to join the team at Clinic 4 Kidz (C4K), an intensive home-based pediatric feeding program. Over the next 10 years she developed and implemented extensive, efficacious treatment plans for children with various feeding difficulties designed to be completed in familiar settings such as the home or in school. Stephanie's research alongside Dr. Meeta Patel at C4K was published in 2023 in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis on Using an intensive interdisciplinary Telehealth model to treat pediatric feeding disorders.
As a mother of three young children, one of whom is neurodivergent, Stephanie understands the impact behavioral challenges can have on a family's daily life along with the stress that feeding difficulties can cause. Returning to Pennsylvania, Stephanie became a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) through the Pennsylvania State Medical Board in 2023 and founded Mealtime Together, LLC to provide Pittsburgh families with the support and tools they need to overcome feeding challenges in their own home.
